I had an MX700 before this, which had rechargeable batteries, and a charging stand.Good-bye to all that with the 1100, which uses regular AA batteries and can be turned off when not in use to save on batteries.Im on the side of the button to create a Web page, can not live without backward or forward. And the scrolling device is marvelous.It is a relief to get rid of the recharging base for the old mouse, which worked well for a few years ... Hope this one lasts longer..
