I looked around at cheaper shower radios and also looked at the high-end offerings.This was the perfect price point of top quality.I have owned this radio for over a year and its just part of my daily routine that I would really miss it if it was gone. Set your favorite stations on one band and set another person's favorites on another.Select listen to an early AM talk show or traffic information or pretty much anything start to your brain. Anyhow....this radio has performed flawlessly.I can not think of the reception issues and it is very loud and easy to read. It is not a battery hog.I am very satisfied..
